In 2011 Jasen left his thirteen year career in public relations and marketing to answer God’s calling and go to bible college to immerse himself in God’s word and pursue a degree in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministry. One year later Jacqueline would hear the same call and the day she arrived in Anchorage, Jasen was one that Alaska Bible College had asked to go pick her up from the airport. Twelve months later they were married and began the process of joining a missions organization to become full time missionaries after graduation. Eleven months later God blessed them with their son Alton and they began praying to God for guidance. Jasen was working full time and going to school full time to finish up his senior year and the process of becoming missionaries had fallen to the back burner. The opportunity to move to Ketchikan arose and after prayerful consideration they made the move. They strongly desired to serve the kingdom of God and found a wonderful church family at the Ketchikan Assembly of God who had that same desire and welcomed them with open arms. It is a gift to be able to be able to work along side of them for the Glory of our Lord and saviour.
